The art of fabric manipulation is the basis for all creative draping. Through fabric manipulation you can add texture and silhouette to a garment. The workshop will show you a vast range of unique techniques through sewing and manipulation that can be used to develop designs or push development.

During the workshop, the tutor will guide you through the sewing skills and techniques as well as how to use the manipulation in garments.

The workshop is recommended for fashion, textiles students.

To complement the workshop and progress your skills further, we advise you to take the Technical and Creative Draping Course to understand how to technically incorporate the manipulation within drape and pattern cutting.
